So, pretty soon a lot of colleges and their respective admissions reprentatives will be visiting NYC and talking about their colleges. What would be a good way to get to know them, and what questions can I ask them that would be appropriate?
I’m ooking for some advice from people that have met them, or have a gameplan set out. Thanks!

first off, don't waste time with the ivy's and the like if your purpose is to somehow strengthen your application (as opposed to genuine interest). Go look at their admission pages. Their FAQ will say in black and white they don't track contacts. With 80+% yield, they know if they accept people they're likely to come.

One thing NOT to do: give the representative your business card and walk away. :p

I'm serious - I was at a Yale info session and a very snobby girl came up with Daddy in tow, walked up to the representative, and said (VERY rehearsed, btw), "I would just like to thank you so much for letting me know all about Yale. Here's my business card." I had trouble not laughing, and it seemed the rep did too...;)
