<p>No! You don’t have to pay admission fee until May 1. The housing deposit DOES have to be paid within about 10 days after applying for housing.</p>

<p>im freaking out! does anyone know if this early “make a payment” way of seeing if you got in or not depends on the date on which you submitted your application? because i sent mine the day before the deadline. I have a friend who sent hers before school started this year, during summer and already found out she got in. oh man im freaking out…</p>

<p>so i went to the secure apps link, and it said i owe 200 dollars, however…
i went to the housing link and it said that the decision has not been made and shows no sign of a 200 dollar deposit. Does this mean i should pay the deposit in the secure app link and if i do, does it mean i am attending fsu, and cannot retract it??!?!?</p>

<p>The admissions deposit ($200) is due before May 1, 2012. It is your acceptance of FSU offering you admission. If you pay it, you are basically agreeing to attend FSU.</p>
<p>Your Housing deposit ($225) is due within 10 days of completing your housing application. It will not be listed on your account statement until you finish your housing application.</p>
