@frank6215 I got waitlisted and I’m from TX so it’s not just international students. @Mustii I have acceptances at Baylor, UT Austin, UC Davis, Tulane and some others so I think I’m okay with not getting in.
@GabbyGG In the US? I’m still waiting for a response from Vassar, Hamilton, Lafayette, Union and Skidmore. The rest I was either deferred or rejected. And well, we both know the reason. In Canada I’ve applied to Waterloo. I might apply to Australia (U Melbourne) too of there seems to be no hope in the US.

Waitlist letter was scary to read at first it felt like a rejection but I guess there is still hope #-o

If only I applied early to Gettysburg I bet I would’ve been admitted by now. :((
They may have sent all the decisions out by yesterday but they must not have sent them all out last Friday. Just admit packages. Have not heard of any rejections or mailed waitlists yet.
Accepted with Presidential Scholarship (15,000 a year). From outside of Boston, 4.2 W, 3.7 UW, 1990 SAT, really good essays and recommendations, very involved, volunteer trips to Trinidad, Guatemala, New Mexico, New Orleans. Good luck to anyone still waiting!
Does everyone’s portal mention something about being on an active waitlist thing or is that something they put up there for waitlisted students? I still haven’t gotten anything. It’s on the homepage of the portal under all the thank you for applying stuff. Can someone who got accepted check if that’s there as well?

Nothing in the mail or on the portal for me either. Portal still shows “Our admissions decisions will be mailed to students from the end of March through early April. Admissions decisions will not be posted in myGettysburg.”
