<p>Is there some Wake item that is a must have for a Wake student? A certain shirt? Sweatshirt? Dorm room item? A friend is heading to Wake next year and we want to get him something.</p>
<p>The Deacon shop has a great selection of items - everything you could think of - no one overwhelming favorite. We bough S1 a t-shirt and a hat. Then also a Class of 2013 keychain - which I really liked. But - you can find anything from a wastebasket to a chair to a lamp, etc. I think a t-shirt or sweatshirt is always a good place to start.</p>
<p>I’ve been enjoying my Wake Forest baseball jersey lately.</p>

<p>There are lots of WF items on eBay (in fact I’m wearing a great WF golf shirt I got new on there for $5 + shipping). Also, as I’m sure you noticed from the poster above, it’s “Demon Deacon.”</p>
<p>In my experience, everyone had a Wake Forest sweatshirt and most guys had a hat.</p>

<p>For something a little different than the usual shirt, hat, etc. I bought my son a Wake Forest throw pillow from <a href=“http://www.sewfabulousquilts.com–%5B/url%5D”>www.sewfabulousquilts.com–</a> they have some really cool things, handmade in Winston-Salem. I think they handed out flyers on parents weekend.</p>
