What he^ said.

I’m with Opaline, “I don’t care too much as long as guys are presentable. No wrinkly shirts, no holey jeans, and no smelly or stained clothes!”

I like when a guy is well-dressed and has his own style (I also like a confident guy which may relate to this.)

Oh! And make sure your jeans fit you properly! I don’t know ANY girls that find falling pants attractive.

I also have a preference towards the style naokifresh linked. A kind of casual but slightly formal look that shows that you can be relaxed and have fun but also have a serious side.

From what you have described though, I would, as a girl, like how you dress. :)

@Voberaptor and @HarryJones

If you guys are referring to what I said, by “middle of winter” I meant “when it’s freezing outside.”

I live in Maryland. I know it was pretty nice last week - I was outside on New Year’s Day in just a T-shirt and jeans. But the warm weather is gone now. It was 14 degrees outside this morning and I still saw a good portion of guys in my school wearing shorts. They have layer upon layer of sweatshirts and jackets on, but then their legs are bare. It makes no sense to me.

It was like 45 outside today here in TN. Hardly seemed worth wearing anything more than Shorts + Tshirt + Jacket.

It’s nice to see a guy that likes to look nice, just not TOO nice, if you know what I mean. Like, if I feel moved to compliment a guy’s wardrobe in any way, it’s not exactly good news for him.

Nope. Dont care. As long as your clothes are clean & not riddled with stains and holes & such, I’m fine. Labels & clothing brands mean nothing to me

I’ll never understand the need to pay $200+ for a pair of jeans, or sneakers or whatever

hot guys be rockin the flannels and button-up collared shirts ;)))

Ok… three BIG things for some people (like me) are 1) hygiene (I cannot stress this enough), 2) cleanliness of clothing, and 3) fit of clothing. Sagging is terrible, and if you wear shirts or pants that look too tight, it kinda shows that you think you’re showing off your muscles, which is kinda conceited. And please let the v-necks not reveal too much of your chest; those low v-necks are for us girls!

One question I have: Guys: What do you think about how girls dress???
Just expanding on your idea laxbrah44, don’t mean to steal it or anything.

Skinny jeans are a definite NO for me

I agree…skinny jeans just don’t typically look good at all.

I don’t really care what a guy wears? But nothing with stains or spills - that’s just gross and it drives me nuts! I really don’t like cut-off tshirts either.

My boyfriend and I have very similar styles actually. We’re pretty plain people. Nothing ever too fancy. But I’ll admit, when he dresses up in a tie or a nice sweater every now and then he always looks so sharp! It’s nice to see him all dressed up, you know?

On a similar note, when other guys I know dress up because of sports teams, I really love the paisley ties and sweater vests. Even if they’re sweatpants and tshirts kind of guys, I dig that sort of style for dressing up.
