Things that I might accomplish before my ED Application:

-Siemens Semifinalist?
-Philadelphia Youth Orchestra?
-Higher SAT or ACT? Really ****ed @ my current highest score (33). Sometimes things don't go your way...

“hate my kind” lol, same boat here. You’ve got a great chance though with usabo, that’s a big deal.

33 is a decent score for those schools, however a higher one would definitely help. I like your ec’s, so good luck!

why no CMU?

Also, all I can say is you’re a competitive applicant. I’ve realized that not one person here is really going to give you a right answer, so I’ve stopped posting up chance threads. But still, you’ve got very nice ECs (just saying, 50% of the asian males I know play the violin and have won major awards) and I love that they’re focused.

Good luck!

Depending on whether your applying to Wharton or not…your in Penn…
along with all the others
Chance me back!

Sorry, I’m CAS. Forgot to specify

Nobody’s in Penn for sure, regardless of whether they’re applying to Wharton.

I think you have a shot at Penn, but no guarantees. It’s a reach, but I’d say it’s doable for you. You’ll just have to wait and see ;). I’d give a similar assessment for Cornell and Yale.

You’re in good shape for UMich - you’re likely to get in EA there.

I don’t know enough about the others to talk about them intelligently.

Are you going to apply to pitt and psu’s honors colleges?

^Yeah 10char. I really want to go Penn though. I’d rather not think of Pitt/Pennstate :P
