Give me an answer!

Please.

Well, I live in CT, I am a junior and I'm wondering if I even have a shot at Syracuse.

I have played soccer for 3 years, and I run both indoor and outdoor track, starting last year, this will be my second year for both.

In the beginning of my high school career I was not planning on going to any sort of college so I naturally did not take school serious.

Freshman year I had a 2.9 UW, in the middle level courses.

Sophomore year, I started to consider college, and had a 3.425, taking middle-high level courses.

Now this year( junior) I am taking AP history and other honors/high level courses, and hope to continue the upward trend. Next year I plan on taking AP psychology and AP geography maybe AP government if possible.

I have over 250 hours of community service.

I am not really active in any clubs, due to lack of time in sports, and no real interest in any of them to be honest.

Right now, I am in the 4th decile thanks to my crappy freshman year and me being a jackass.

So what are my chances, please be honest. Thanks.

I am still awaiting my PSAT scores...

Also, I am a URM if that makes any of a difference.

Anyone????????????

take your s.a.t.'s first, then go from there.

really can't judge w/ out ur current gpa and SATs

Say I get an 1800, then what?

You have a outside shot probably at cas. But, take your SAT's first and consider some safety schools.

Ok, I did really bad on the PSATs. Less than what I had estimated. I would like to possibly major in History.

Do you think there is anything big that I could do to increase my chances?

You really have done a fair amount of extra curriculur activities and the community service is impressive. I think the biggest thing for you is to continue improving your grades and prepare for the SAT. Syracuse would love to see progress and improvement with your grades.
