<p>Dropped our S off last week (had to be there early) and to say that Global village is nice is an understatement. I remember being at school in upstate NY and when my parents came i could not wait to spend a night in a hotel. Going to be tough to ask him to leave when we come for a visit...</p>

<p>The great Hall lounge was spectacular from the outside looking in - we could go inside</p>

<p>Is he in a language program? The name global sounds like a foreign culture living learning community. I’d love to room there next year but am looking at the exercise science program! </p>

<p>no he is a finance major - one of his teammates is in the exercise science program and also lives in the same dorms. Has nothing to do with being in a foreign culture program </p>
