BTW it is at Washington and Lee University!? Will this help me get into the school because Im attending the program!?

Good question...

The short answer is: No.

Attending a program at a university has virtually no impact on admissions, especially in a situation with this program (as my understanding) that it just happens to be on the school campus and not organized by the school.
However spending a summer at a college you are interested in is a great experience and provides 2 key advantages
First: You will know if you truly like the school and atmosphere, and if you do you will be more passionate during the app process
Second: Spending a summer at the college you can write about it in college essays, especially if there is a "Why Washington and Lee?" prompt
