Global Young Leaders Conference.. Is there another way to pay for it?

HEY :).
I just recived my GYLC letter this week and I’m thinking about choose the US program, but I have a question about the price of the conference, because it seems really expensive. If the students only have to pay for the trip to go to the conference, can I choose other way for pay it, like finding a flyght that is sheeper than U$3000? Or is that price includding all housing, meals and transportation?
