<p>Sorry if this sounds dumb, but what exactly led to these charges against Miami? Was it just that players were allegedly breaking the rules (accepting gifts, academic dishonesty, drugs/alcohol, etc.)? And what does this Nevin Shapiro guy have to do with it?</p>
