Use the search function on this site under the “Find A College” heading. You can enter your stats, areas of interest, big school - or smaller school etc. Good Luck!
What are your geographic & size preferences?
With divorced parents, financial aid could be a problem at colleges that require the non-custodial parent information to determine financial aid. To check on this, go to the college’s financial aid pages and check how to apply for financial aid.
When running net price calculators, if the school needs only information from the parent you live with, use only that parent’s household finances. Otherwise, include the household finances of both parents, but be aware that net price calculators have a reputation of being less accurate in these situations. If the non-custodial parent will be uncooperative with financial aid forms, you will not get financial aid from a school that requires his information.
You probably need a full ride (or at least full tuition if you are eligible for full Pell grant, leaving an amount that may be stretchable with federal direct loan and some work earnings) from either need-based financial aid or merit scholarships.
Here are some lists of large merit scholarships:

Looks like you could get the full ride at Prairie View A&M: http://www.pvamu.edu/faid/home/types-of-aid/scholarships/university-scholarships/ . It does have various engineering majors.
