Hi! I have a question for any of those who know what admissions is like. I currently am enrolled in a tech high school we’re I’m going to become a nursing assistant. Though I would like to go into nursing, would it look bad on college applications to apply as a totally different major. I’m also really interested in hospitality management but would it look bad that I took nursing classes in high school? Thanks!
You’re fine. Lots of people apply to a major that doesn’t match their HS course load.
One of my children graduated from a tech high school and, for the students who decided to go to senior colleges, there were no real problems regardless of the major they chose.
