Going to attend UMD, then transfer, advices?

Unforunately, I've only been accepted to my safety, University of Maryland College Park this year...therefore, I decide to transfer to other schools after the first year or the first two years.
What are my chances of transferring to Northwestern, UCLA, UCBerkerly,Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, American, Yale, and NYU.If I do, say, relatively well.

Here are my stats
ACT:30 (going to take a prep class in the summer and hopefully I will get a 32+)
GPA:Weighted:4.12 Unweighted:3.9
10 AP classes.
Will take a total of 10 AP tests after graduation

Awards:
AP Scholar with distinction
Student of the month
Art department award

EC:
Student Page to the maryland general assembly
Founder and president of Nonviolence Club
Environmental Club
Envirothon
National Honor Society

Hook:
I'm an immigrant and I immigrated here four years ago, and I started to learn english from scratch. I've already become a U.S citizen by the way.
Fluency in my native language, Chinese.

Make sure that while at UMaryland you take the same or similar freshman courses of the school you hope to transfer to. Look at the core courses for freshman at the transfer school and make sure the ones you take are compatible.
