<p>Hello! I'm Thai and I've been living in california for 3 years now. But i'm not a citizen, only get the Visa student. i'm a junior in a pricate high school. And i would like to know that do i need to take the test that every foreign students need to take such as TOEFL to get into UCLA.</p>

2 honors and APUSH in junior year
Top 10% of the class and maybe 4% im not sure</p>
