Going to school on March 10th?

yea that is nice to see on a book. looking at some of my parents books, its like 50 cents for kid books back then and the covers are hand drawn and everything. old books smell good too.

I love buying old books from my local antique stores (like, $13.50 for books from the 1800s… I don’t know what they’re thinking), they smell sooo nice! I haven’t gone in forever, though.

i dont have an antique store near my house :(

There’s like, five where I live (lots of old people, not to mention we’re considered a REALLY important location in CA history, so there’s a lot of history junkies hanging around)

OMG im soo jealous Koinkamano… I"d totally do that . My friend bought an antique book at a fair for about $10.Someone offered to but it for a 1,000 dollars but he refused.

wow, five antique book stores thats awesome

The mailman comes at 4pm so there is no point staying home!

4pm is late!

ooo yea idk when fedex comes

Wow, you guyses stuff comes late, but mine comes around 1…I think.

about the books… you guys should go onto [Book Club to Swap, Trade & Exchange Books for Free.](http://www.paperbackswap.com) its really really awesome. You can get almost any book, and u just have to pay for postage :)

konikamano:
you guys are reading roll of thunder hear my cry in 8th grade!!?!
we read that in 6th grade here! our curriculum here right now is the giver, fahrenheit 451, tears of a tiger, othello, midsummer night’s dream, and the hobbit. the hobbit isn’t that bad compared to shakespeare in the sense of ease of reading. it’s almost impossible to read an act within 45 minutes and understand (45 minutes is my lunch period if i forgot to read the night before :P) the hobbit is quick and easy to read. roll of thunder hear my cry was not a really good book. i didn’t like it at all.

as for mail, mine gets here at like 12:30, but it’s by fedex, so that’s fine with me. and i only have a half day at school wednesday! so i told my mom to keep checking lionlinks if it hasn’t shown up by 6am (when i leave for school) and text me when she finds out. hopefully i wont start crying. besides i have an assembly like 2 hours on wed  and only 4 hours of school that day!!!

We read midsummer nights dream in 7th grade!

That book is funny! In the movie, Puck is so annoying…
