Going to start tutoring WR, and CR soon. Any advice?

What's going on?

Right, I got a 2270 on my final SAT trial, with a breakdown of 800 M, 790 WR (10 essay), and 680 CR. CR not too impressive, but whatever, I still have a few students who want tutoring and I'll be getting paid some good money for this, which gives me great motivation to do a good job on this. I'm not sure where to start though guys, should I first ease them into the grammar topics covered on WR, give them some vocab lists to build a good base of vocabulary, analyze some passages before actually starting to solve and dissect exams with them? What books should I tutor from? What type of advice should I give them? I've never had experience tutoring, only some small time studying with friends.

Also, little question, how much would you charge a student for a tutoring SAT lesson?

Thanks.

I really suggest getting Barron’s, and using that to teach. Give them vocab for homework, practice writing essays and so on.

solve with them some CB released tests.
for homework, give them vocab lists (I suggest to start by direct hits) and essays for practice
