Going to submit UC APP - Anything you would have done differently?

Hey guys, I'm going to submit my UC app soon. Im applying for UCB, UCSD and UCSD. Chem for UCB and ChemE for the rest. I want to know if any of you previous applicants realized that you should have done something differently after you submitted it and if so what.

Thanks for the help!

I mean UCSB! Not UCSD twice.

Get some fresh meat for proofing my essays…I found 4 stupid mistakes when revising my bigger essay for the common app a month later :/…and the 4 people I gave it to skimmed over them too because they had already read my drafts like 198237 times.

yesterday i found out i’m missing an “a” in my prompt 2. do you guys think that will affect my admission?

I wrote both my prompts in the half-hour before the submission deadline  afterward I found typos in both of them but apparently it didn’t affect my admission to all of the UCs. Still, I can’t afford to be that careless for grad school apps next year. Maybe I’ll learn not to procrastinate by then…but probably not

@berkicome Yes. Yes it will. You may just get rejected to all the UCs.
