<p>I just applied for this scholarship last week, and I was wondering if there was anyone here who has applied/going to apply and knows more about it than I do, or people who have received it in past years. I realize that not many people besides those who have access to Tech admissions can give me definite answers, but I'll appreciate whatever I can get.</p>
<p>-Are there any tangible requirements other than being a Hispanic who is a prospective Tech student, or typical stats of people who get this? Please post them if you have them.</p>
<p>-Speaking of stats, what factor is weighted the most in determining whether you get it or not, is it based mainly on GPA, test scores, the essay, or what?</p>
<p>-I realized that it is partly need-based and the amount varies based on award, but how much can we expect here? It doesn't even give a range on the application sheet.</p>
