Goldman Sachs full time position question.

Hello:

I am graduating in December with a B.S from North Dakota State university a 4.00 cgpa in Computer Science and i have two previous internships experience. I applied for the Operations Technology position online and got a call for final rounds of interview in Salt Lake City (This is a lil weird.. according to me), but they expected me to fly 2 days after I got a mail for the final rounds of interview.

The interview itself was not very difficult, they asked me to write some code and stuff which was easy. Do you guys know how much time do they take to make a decision on this.. Any other news on this... how many ppl. are they hiring and stuff..

Thanks!!

Offers will usually go out soon after they meet and discuss all candidates being considered. Usually a few days to a week.

Btw, you may want to check out wallstreetoasis.com for similar topic discussions

curious , what did they want you to code?

Question-> In a collection of numbers (a list or an array) How can you find out if two numbers sum to a 1000. Following this he asked me about how would you test this code… asked about debugging… reducing the complexity…

Anyone else with thoughts about the time frame…

I was a Civil Engineering student and did the Goldman Salt Lake Ops intern last summer. I wrote a review of my experience with the internship.

I hope this helps you all get a good feel for what the internship was like.
