Good Affordable Summer Research Programs for Rising Juniors

So I am a 10th grader who wants to conduct machine learning/data science research over the summer. As a result, I have decided to look up different research summer camps. However, most of the camps that I saw, such as SSTP in Iowa and Garcia at SUNY Stony Brook, all cost around $6000 counting tuition as well as room & board. Due to this, I came to ask CC for a summer research camp that costs less than $3000 (including room & board). Thx!

P.S I dont live in TX, CA, FL, or NY so Cosmos is immediately off the list

If your family is low income there may be some less $ options, like Summer@Brown. This would be taking a course, not research on its own, though research is likely part of the course.
