I want to tour some apartments this week, and all I have on my list so far are Sterling Central and the Lofts. I'm transferring from Michigan as a sophomore, so I don't really know what apartments are good or not in Orlando. I was wondering if some students could recommend me some good apartments around UCF? Thanks in advance!

Hi and congrats on your acceptance to UCF! This topic has been discussed in recent posts, so just scroll through threads over the last few months. My daughter and her friends lived at Boardwalk and had a good experience there for two years. Some new places have opened which you can read about in recent posts. Good luck!

Pointe at Central and knights circle are ones youd want to look at. Pointe is one of the cheapest out of all the complexes in the area. Both pointe and kc take financial aid and will defer rent for that. They are ucf affiliated, so we have ucf pd patrolling our neighborhood. Rent includes all utilities with no cap (the only other person who does that i think is sterling but they are expensive) and cable and internet included. You can always stop by either one of them and ask for a tour (you will need ID!)

Don’t go to Sterling Central apartments. If you go on google and type in Sterling Central Reviews it shows how bad the apartments are and that peoples cars get vandalized and the whole place is trashed and smells. People also say they management (students run the building) always say they dont have your payment and they lost it or the online payment website doesnt work and you get fined a late fee for not paying the rent because the website didnt work.
Just a heads up I did some research because I really want to go to UCF and I liked how the sterling central apartments looked until I found all the bad reviews.

I would try using Apartment Tutor. It makes it really easy to see the different apartments around UCF and you can tell which one appeals to you by seeing the distance from school and the prices etc.
