Good colleges for a biology or animal behavior major?

I'm and upcoming senior and I'm looking for the best possible college that I could fit into.
Stats:
SAT: 2100 (second time I've taken it. Should I retake for a better score?)
GPA: 3.92 unweighted
SAT II: Biology: 750, US History: 750
AP's: U.S. History, Biology, Lang, Lit, Gov, Calc AB, Psych
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Asian (Pakistani)
School: Very rigorous, ranked usually very high but fell to the 16th this year

EC's:
Volunteered for 200+ hours with kids
Volunteered about 100+ hours at a hospital for 4 years
Various clubs: National Honor Society, International club, Key Club, etc.
ASB for one year, Class Comittees for about 4 years
Possible summer internship for a philanthropic site

I'm mainly interested in UCLA and UCSD seeing as I live in California and those are pretty prestigious schools. I'm also interested in NYU and Brown. I'm looking for top-notch universities but not any that are overly competitive. Also, I'm not looking for any small schools.

If you live in California and want to study animal behavior, UC Davis ad Cal Poly SLO seem like obvious additions to your list. Within the animal science world, Davis is a top school.
