Good colleges for my interests.

My stats are 3.9 GPA unweighted, 2200 SAT, and 33 Act. ( I go to a very good prep school
I am looking for colleges to apply to and these are the things that matter to me
(they are not needed but important)
-Great academics
-Near or in city
-lots of school spirit
-competitive sports
-mid size 3,5000-12,000
Also I may be interested in business, but does not need to be undergraduate business school, but it can.
Btw: The school does not need to fit all these because few actually do. So suggest anything. Thanks for suggestions.

Will your parents pay $60k per year for the school of your choice? If not, how much will they pay? If you’re not sure, ask them.

What state are you in?

Do you have a weather preference? cold/snowy? warm/sunny?

Do you want to PLAY sports (intramurals or club) or watch successful teams?

If you attend a very good prep school, in all likelihood college advisers are superb. Make an appointment. In the meanwhile, make use of the school’s resources and start looking (library, use the alumni network for advice, ask teachers their opinion…)
I also assume we don’t need to recommend HYPSM/Ivy League schools since you must hear about them often :p.
Will you need financial aid (need based)? Can your parents afford their EFC and if not will you be looking for merit aid? Your strategy will be different depending on your answer to these questions.
If you want to attend a top school, you’d probably major in economics, econometrics, or similar fields.
Based on what you said so far, schools meeting some of your criteria include: Colgate, Boston College, Bucknell, Lafayette, UCSB, Emory…
