Good for Business, Not Too Cold....

I would appreciate suggestions for colleges/universities that might meet the following criteria:

1) size: around 4,000 - 15,000
2) good for business
3) good for communications
4) located where it is not too cold
5) not too expensive or gives merit money

Thank you, everyone!

USC fits most of your criteria. Although it's expensive, they give a lot of aid.

It would help if you give us an idea of what type of stats you're talking about. No sense in making recommendations if they are going to be unrealistic reaches for you.

I expect that USC would be a possibility and U of Miami a likely or a safety. All ideas are most welcome!

OK,with that ballpark in mind - Try Tulane or Emory as reaches. In California, also check out the University of San Diego and Santa Clara University as matches/safeties. In Texas, try Trinity University or Southern Methodist U.

Thanks Carolyn, for the suggestions. Will look into them. You always seem so knowledgeable and you respond so quickly. Do you do this for a living? Or maybe you just have a big family of college age kids.... :). Anyway, thanks for helping me and all the others you so generously help everyday.

Already accepted at Tulane. I was just checking to be sure we didn't miss anything we should have looked at. I wish there were more options but the climate criteria - not too cold - means quite a few schools fall by the wayside.

If anyone has any other suggestions, I'd love to know.

A little smaller, but business oriented LAC - Univ of Richmond
