Hi~ I'm a Junior, I got my results for the SAT
I got CR 330 MATH 510 Writing 390
In my SAT2, I just took Korean with score of 690
I know it is poor.. I mean really poor
But I have a GPA of Approx. 4.0~ it is not that high neither~
My question is: Can I get any good universities as major of political sci???
Could you name any school that I could go~and advises to get better SAT scores? Thank you!!

i'm gonna assume that that was just you not being good with standardized tests. no offense or anything. bump but include ECs and courseload

Is English not your native language?

what school do you go to?

You say your GPA of ~4.0 is not high... is it out of a 5.0 or something?
I'm going to assume english is not your first language. All I can say at the moment is study very hard, read a lot, and take the SAT again and score better (ie try to break 500 on CR and writing sections). You're a junior still so you have some time to do this.

The fact you said "poor" SAT instead of "bad" SAT puts you ahead of many native English speakers. I think with some study, and time, you'll be fine. I'm surprised your math is so low though; did you have problems with the directions, perhaps? Try to do better on that to.

Practice some more. My 1st attempt on SAT i got a 1530 and i managed to improve to a 1940

the GPA in our high school is out of 4.0... I couldn't take any AP classes because it seems too hard... English is my third language so... I think it is hard. I guess I have study harder on my SAT's ... Thanks for the advices.
