<li><p>It varies from school to school - averages can vary from 3.3-3.8 - but not knowing the school I would hold onto a 3.5 as the start of a quality gpa in grad school.</p></li>
<li><p>I put my GPA from my most recent degree only.</p></li>
<li><p>Yes. In my company undergrad and masters gpa’s are factors in hiring and are used to set initial salary. I do not know if PhD gpa is used the same way or not.</p></li>
