Good grades but weak ECs

I'm a junior at a suburban public high school

Taking the most difficult classes at my school including 4 APs this year and 5 next year

GPA: 100 W/ 95 UW (sorry these are out of 100, but I don't know the "official" way to convert to 4.0 scale)

SAT: 2280 (680M/800V/800W)...I'm retaking in the fall to bring up the math

Class Rank: 41/575

Will be NM semi-finalist

ECs:
Duke TIP (9, 10)
French Club (9, 10, 11, 12)
Drama Club (9, 10)
Newspaper Staff (9)
Barnard College Pre-College Program (11)
UIL Spelling Team (11)
French National Honor Society (11, 12)
NHS (11, 12)
Recycling Club (11, 12)- will be president next year
And I'm working on getting a community service position at a hospital over the summer

I need help forming a realistic picture of my chances for admission to selective schools. I want to go to an urban (preferred) or suburban college in the northeast without a big greek scene. The size of the school isn't too important to me, but I would feel most comfortable with more than 2500 undergrads. I will probably major in french or psychology and am fairly certain that med school is in my future. Schools I'm currently considering are:

Columbia
NYU
Fordham
Tufts
Brandeis
BU
Wesleyan
McGill (for the opportunity to live in Montreal)
Rutgers

I know that Columbia is a reach, and I suspect that Rutgers, BU, and Fordham are safeties. What about the others? Also, what other schools should I be considering?

Thanks for your help!

Columbia - reach
NYU - match (maybe even safe match)
Tufts: watch out for Tufts syndrome; otherwise, match
Brandeis: match
BU: safe match
McGill: match (maybe safe match)
Rutgers: safety

Sorry I only replied on the ones I am fairly familiar with.

I think you need more reaches.

Some reach schools to look at: Stanford, Yale, Harvard, Cornell (only slight reach), UPenn (moderate reach)
Some match schools to look at: UMichigan, Carnegie Mellon
Safety schools: UWisonsin Madison, UMinnesota

LACs may be too small for you, but here's a list to look at if you're interested:
Bucknell University
Carleton College
Franklin and Marshall College
Oberlin College
Occidental College
Pomona College
Reed College
Swarthmore College
Vassar College
Wesleyan College
Williams College

I could be wrong...but isn't the MCAT super tough w/o a science major? Maybe someone else can address this...

oops didnt look at Northeast.

That would leave Harvard, Yale, Cornell, UPenn, & Carnegie Mellon.

I was under the impression that non-science majors faired pretty well in the med school admissions process. Would taking all the required pre-med science courses not prepare me well enough?

SATIIs? .

I haven't taken any SAT IIs yet, but I'm taking chem and us history on Saturday, as well as taking math 2c and literature in the fall
