Good Match Schools

Can anyone help me find some good match schools? I don't really care about the size, seeing as there are perks to both. I would like it somewhere in the South (I'm from Bama), but my search is definitely not limited to the south. Oh, and schools with a good study abroad program and good political science/international studies fields.

GPA: 3.95
ACT (first time- taking it two more times): 29
SAT (first time- taking it once more): 710 V, 620 M, 660 W
Courseload: Taken the hardest classes possible with minimal easy electives. Our school is in its second year, and I've taken every AP available and will do so again next year (totaling 7)
ECs: President of NHS. Parttime Job. Many Volunteering "Jobs"/Hours. FCA. Active in Youth Group. Secretary of Class. 2 years cheerleading (1 yr captain). Many years of Club and School soccer.
I've also won several awards throughout my schooling, though I'm not sure if those would even be looked at. I'm also first in my class of 100.

I know that I could get into Rhodes College, but what are my chances with Vanderbilt and Emory, given that I improve my ACT to at least a 31? Thanks!

Thanks!

I've also been thinking about International relations and from my reading found out that George Washington, American University and Georgetown have good programs.

If you improve the Math and Writting on your SAT to bring those close to 700 you will have a good chance at both Vanderbilt and Emory.

Also put effort on your Essay and get good recs, which you should be able to get if rank 1/110.
