<p>I admit that I dont know much about nursing education in the UK but it may be better to just pick a US program with an option to study abroad in the UK for a year. I would think that the US programs are better preparation for passing US board exams for working in the US. If your sister intends to work in the UK after she graduates then she will most likely also need to find a British spouse because working laws are fairly strict! It’s difficult for US citizens to work there for very long unless they are specialists in their field.</p>
