Good place for a 1 bedroom apartment?

<p>Right now I live in a 2 bedroom at 21 Rio. I like it but want to move and live by myself next year. Where is somewhere that I could live in for under or around $1000? I would be willing to live on Lamar, North Campus, etc. as long as it was a cool apartment. </p>

<p>You could just about live anywhere for $1000. If you like it nice and quiet, then North Campus is the way to go (Hyde Park maybe?). And what do you mean by cool apartments, is 21 Rio (very new) not cool enough?</p>
