Good Scholarships for Valedictorians and/or High ACTs?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone here knew of any good scholarships for class valedictorians and/or people with high ACT scores. I've been looking at scholarship searches, but I can't seem to find any non-school-specific scholarships with these critera. Can anyone help me out?

if you have high standardized test scores, you should have been automatically nominated for the presidential scholar program at ed.gov/programs/psp

the deadline is this thursday, so i'm scrambling to finish the essays :-)

ummm thats too narrow and specific of a request for scholarships. most take everything into account ie ecs, accomplishments, grades, standardized tests, community service, essays, recs, and anything your throw in. a lot also look at financial need.

hmmm, why not fastweb? Unfortunately the website requires a computer, go figure?

The Byrd scholarship which is currently $1,500 per year and not college specific is granted in some states based solely on GPA and ACT scores. Daughter got one in Missouri based solely on grades and ACT score. The criteria for winning varies considerably from state to state.
