Good Schools for me in the Chicago area?

I'm a Junior in high school. I have taken either all honors or AP classes during high school. I have a 4.3 weighted GPA and received a 26 on the ACT (I plan on retaking it to get a higher score). I have a decent list of extra-curriculars like work experience, being an eagle scout, and being a part of the NHS. I want to stay near Chicago because this is where I am form. If I was interested in Cmmputer science or Information technology major, where would be the best University? I was looking at DePaul CDM or Illinois Institute of Technology. I really need some help to start going in the right direction, thanks for the help.

IIT has a good department. UIUC obviously has a great program as well, although it’s a few hours out of Chicago.
Might want to check out UIC’s program.

The best university is the one that has the program you want, a good track record of placing its graduates, and most of all, a financial aid package which makes your education affordable. if you want to be in the Chicago area, then you need to look into, UIC as well as IIT and DePaul. The private universities are more likely to give you merit aid to make the overall costs come down to the level of the public university. i suspect from your academic record that you have a good chance of getting into all three.

Is Marquette University known for Computer Science?
