Get your SATs up a bit and you will have a decent chance at all schools since you’re a URM.

Just wondering, but what high school do you attend?

Just bump up the critical reading score and you should be fine. Also, write a stellar essay and try to get excellent recs from teachers. You should have a high chance though because you are URM. Good luck!

i attend millburn high school in nj

highlight your leadership abilities and retake your SATs to increase your odds.

I know that I will be re-taking the SAT’s, but how much different does a 620 CR look from a 700 CR to an admissions officer?

I’m not sure how much of a difference that it will make. You also take the chance of getting lower scores on the math and writing. Although, they superscore your tests.

Are you an Achievement Scholar?

Get higher scores on the SAT or do well on the ACT and you’ll get into a significant amount of those colleges. You a devoted runner and a URM with leadership=good chances. Make sure your essays don’t mess you up and your in good shape (assuming SAT score increase or high ACT). Good Luck :)
