got a 28...now what?

Thankfully, I got a score of 28. Something I’m very happy with and it was the goal along to get a 28 and I did it. At this point, I’m feeling relieved because now I have a pretty good score and don’t have to worry so much. I’m thinking of retaking the act for superscoring purposes in September and maybe try and raise my composite score up just a little bit but I’m not willing to stress about it. What should I do in terms of studying? No studying? Strangely enough I feel kind of lost without all the stress of standardized testing and it’s just really weird…

Do you know where you want to go to school? Will raising the 28 be of value there for merit? What subjects do you need to improve on? I’m guessing you should study some, especially since you won’t have had school all summer.

My DD got a 27 and I would like her to try again in September if I can talk her into it. I’m thinking during the month of August I would like her to take all of the practice tests in the red book, and go through the ACT math study book I got her.
