Got accepted, but I might get a D in one of my classes.

So I've been accepted into FSU about a month ago. I was already planning to get ready for my first semester there in Spring. While doing that, and feeling comfortable with my GPA, I haven't put much effort into my current classes, which I am taking at my 2 year college.
I have gotten all A's so far but I ended up getting an F on my Calc II class, which I need for my major. My current grade in that class is a D. The prerequisite program for my transfer
requires at least a C in my Calc II class. I ended up being in a very uncomfortable situations. What should I do now and what happens if I don't get the C? Do I have to spend another semester simply retaking one class and then apply to FSU again?

You need to ask FSU. Different schools have different policies on conditions of admission regarding performance in currently-enrolled courses.

Based on the info you provided it looks like you will probably be rescinded. Contact FSU. Get the grade up.

You have till the end of the semester to get a C, otherwise your offer will get rescinded and you’ll have to apply again.
