Got accepted into UCONN, but...

<p>Today I got accepted in UCONN but I got into the Waterbury campus because the Storrs campus (my first choice) was full.</p>

<p>This is the message I received:</p>

<p>Congratulations! On behalf of the University of Connecticut, it is our pleasure to invite you to join the incoming freshman class. Due to the rigorous requirements of the main campus in Storrs, we are unable to honor your request for immediate admission to this campus.</p>

<p>Does this mean that it's possible that I can be put on a wait list to get into the Storrs campus? This happened to my sister.</p>

<p>Yea it means you got wait listed. If your up there on the wait list you should be fine though! If you don’t mind sharing, what was your SAT score and your cumulative gpa? I’m a junior and I want to go to UCONN Storrs, so I want to see how my grades compare to those who got accepted.</p>

<p>well my SAT scores weren’t high - 1450
My GPA is pretty good though, if I remember I think it was 4.4/5 or something around there? Hope I helped. Good Luck to you.</p>
