hey all…
first semester thisy ear I took calculus III at my local university. Ive taken 4 other courses there and gotten all As and B+s…this course just didn’t work out for me however…I was late to class almost everyday because of bad scheduling on my part (my 6th period ends at 2…calc 3 started at 2, univ is 15 minutes away…you do the math).
anyways, I didn’t dedicate much time to the class and although I had an A- for a long time, the last 4 weeks of the semester I did crappy and ended up with a C. the professor identifies with me as he knows i was 16 and he actually went to my high school when he was a kid.
I never even listed this class on my USC application because I knew I was doing crappy in it. however now they want me to send official college transcripts for my other courses…which would show the grade.
however I have transferred my other college courses to my high school for credits, and they are listed on my transcripts there. so sending official high school transcripts would show the class.
so what should I do? should I just send in my official high school transcripts…so they dont see the C? or should I just bite it and send them college transcripts with the fatty C on there?
USC is my main choice at this point, so I would not want to do anyhting to jeopardize my admission. but that includes lying and getting caught.
I am a 4.26 GPA, 1530 SAT, and 740 math sat2, 730 writin sat2, and 670 bio sat2. 9 or so out of 270 at my school.
edit: and i was national merit commended, AP honors with distinction, hockey, tennis and soccer team.
any advice is appreciated
thanks
