<p>I've got 640 for my CR on Jun 4th, but now when Im using OC to practice it seems that my reading skill is not improving or even getting worse..averagely 10-15 mistakes for 3 sections, half of them are errors from SC.I've been reciting words from Barron's 3500 but that seems not helping much. Need your advice</p>
<p>Too bad CR, unlike Math and WR, needs a very long time to improve in it.
You can’t just study 200 words and expect 10 of them to appear on the SAT, it’s like 1% of the words you memorize will appear on the actual test.
So, just keep answering practice tests, review the correct and wrong answers, find out your weak points, memorize 10 words a day and you should improve a little bit in a couple of months.</p>
<p>I have been doing like 1 section of CR everyday for the past 2 weeks, and i can already see a change. When are you taking your SAT?</p>
<p>I tried to learn those 3500 words, did about 1200 but forgot the ones I had learnt at the start, so i gave up on that.</p>
<p>I daily practice a full-length SAT everyday though, sad 
Seems like I still have to practice more.</p>
<p>I memorize 7 wordlists from Barrons a day though…maybe it’s because I finish the questions too fast, anyway thanks for your advice!</p>
