<p>UCLA - You have a chance, although that GPA's not so hot. Work on a nice essay and it'll probably work out.
UCB - See above.
TUFTS - Tufts is always hard to predict.
Boston U - Good chance.
U MICH - May be a toughy because it's out of state.
Carnegie Mellon - Reach.</p>

<p>sorry about northwestern, but good luck with the others! i think your main setback is your gpa, so LA and Berkeley might be a little out of your league. i'd say boston and carnegie are pretty good matches for you :)</p>
<p>Sorry about the rejection. You have strong stats. I think your family income played a part in the decision. It just puts you in a more competitive pool where a bunch of the brightest applicants are looking for the limited money.</p>
<p>Northwestern's tough... really depends on what you're applying for</p>
