Got SAT scores back...Anyone wanna chance me?

Well just got my SAT scores back and wanted to get a chance thread in. I realize that its hard to predict the actions of adcoms, but any guesses as to my chances at the schools listed below would wonderful!
Gender: M
Ethnicity: Caucasian

Organized a school-wide donation to Reuse-a-shoe--basically donates used sneakers to be recycled to be used for public works
Plan on doing significant volunteering over this summer...it may be resume padding but at least it will benefit some people...so I'm not a complete tool for going this route...right?
Honors and Awards: National Merit -- not sure if I will be semifinalist yet
National Honor Society
Pretty lacking in this department

Colleges of Interest:

Cornell University
Duke University
Fordham University--EA
Georgetown University
Middlebury College
Northwestern University
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor OOS--Rolling Admission
University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill OOS--EA
University of Notre Dame--EA
University of Pennsylvania
Dartmouth College--ED
University of Virginia OOS

Subjective Stuff:
Essays should be good, I plan on starting them early so I guess at the very least I can count on having grammatically sound essays.
Teacher recommendations should be good, I'm just afraid that one of the teachers I might have do it is too dry.
Counselor recommendation will be nothing special

If anyone has any recommendations as to how I can improve or make my application stand out it would be greatly appreciated!

You'll probably get into most of those. Northwestern, Duke and Cornell are slight reaches (50-50), though I think you'll get into at least one of them. You have a great shot at Dartmouth, especially ED. Don't worry too much about honors/awards--you tend to pick more up as time passes, even at the beginning of senior year.

your stats are really similar to mine based on SAT scores, GPA and also cross country captain/track runner.
Hopefully we have a good shot at all of those schools.

I think you had a very good chance at all of these schools. Good luck and keep up the good work.
Start working on you college app essays soon and be ready to send out college apps as early as you can.

Ah hopefully college adcoms are really seeking scrawny long distance runners this admission season--we have a lot to offer.

You'd be stupid to take Math I SAT II. I HIGHLY recommend Math level dos.

^What is the reasoning for this? Is it that the MathII is potentially easier or that colleges frown upon Math I?

Math II is not easier, but it's curved better. the material is harder tho, so colleges like it better.

It'll cover topics that you've done recently (harder, but you'll be more familiar with them) and you can get a few questions wrong and still score an 800.

bump 10char

Hey, I have just been through the admissions process. Some of your extracurriculars in terms of sports are similar to mine, but more impressive. Your SATs are better than mine. Your UW GPA isn't quite as high, but you are doing extremely well in a very competitive school.

Of the schools in which you are showing interest, I applied to Northwestern, Cornell, Dartmouth, and UPenn: all regular decision. I got into all of them except for Dartmouth and I am heading off to Penn in the fall. So, in other words, I think you have a great shot at most of those schools, especially if you apply early to any of them. However, remember that the ivies are extremely selective for regular decision and that if you are really passionate about one school, it seems that your chances are exponentially greater if you apply early.
