gotten a likely letter and not gotten in?

<p>hey guys! so i got a likely letter on the 23rd, and it definitely made me feel better about the decision we'll hopefully hear on friday. but i have a question: [just to make me feel secure!] has anybody ever gotten a likely letter and NOT gotten in? thanks!</p>
