Governor's School of New Jersey

I figured this was close to college admissions. >_>

Is anyone familiar with the Governor's School of New Jersey? Is it impossibly hard to get admitted? What are the academics like there?

Thank you for your time.

If you’re interested, you should speak to your guidance counselor.

I wouldn’t get too excited about it - since Corzine took away funding a couple of years ago the program has gotten smaller and smaller. Governor’s School for the Arts was cut from 4 weeks to something like 9 days this year. Who knows if they will have enough funding to have the program at all in the future.
