You're predicting your senior year grades as 4.0 with 5 APs?

EDIT: But either way, it won't be the GPA that breaks (or makes) your application, if that's what you're asking. You'll need to have some strengths in your other sections of the application.

Yes, I know because I am taking Environmental Science (ha!), Economics (easiest class in school, people routinely get above 110%), Calc BC (the teacher inflates all grades 1st semester to help out seniors, no kidding), English Lit (easy teacher), AP European History (my best subject)

Depends on class rank. If you get easy As, so do others. The whole thing needs to be put in context of all stats/leadership etc. As long as you're top 5%, the GPA won't keep you out.

School doesn't calc class rank. I am taking more APs than anyone else though. Agh this is so annoying.

No your GPA sucks

I agree.......

Your GPA won't keep you out but it will not get you in.

haha thanks. i pretty much needed that last piece of assurance from bill.

EC?

i don't know how you'll possibly get in without EC's

sat scores?

oh yah, i wasn't asking for a chances evaluation. i just wanted to know about my GPA. nobody else need look at this thread. opposite of a bump.
