GPA help

<p>I have no idea how to calculate my unweighted GPA, and my school only has my weighted on a 100 scale (97.701)</p>

American History 1 Honors: B+
Chemistry Honors: C+
Algebra II CP: A

Concert Band: A+
Instrumental Tech (.5 credit): A+
Health (.5 credit): B-
Driver Education (.5 credit): A-
Physical Education (.5 credit): B+</p>

<p>11th grade:
AP English Language and Composition: A

Pre-Calculus Honors: A

Concert Band (.5 credit): A+
Instrumental Tech (.5 credit): A+

<p>For reference, I'm applying to UPenn, Harvard, Cornell, NYU, Lehigh, Lafayette, PennState and Rutgers. I'm not sure if they calculate it differently...</p>

<p>Also, this is NOT a chance thread. I know my GPA is below average for Ivy League but please answer my three questions and nothing more...</p>

<p>Or you can just add up your grades (4 for an A, 3 for a B, etc) and divide by the number of classes.</p>

<p>So…uh…that’s a bit vague…</p>

<p>Well, one of your ways gives me a 3.65 when I exclude gym, and the Princeton review way gave me a 3.56…****…</p>
