What schools in California should I look into?!?! Please help!!

Cal states

CSU system would be the best, or, if you want to go elsewhere, go to community college for a bit and then transfer.

Ok what about UC’s?!

We need a lot more details. Please be as thorough as you can with explaining your GPA, AP classes, SAT scores, ECs, community service, etc. etc. to give us a much better idea. Someone could have a 3.0-3.2 GPA (assuming unweighted) but have taken 10 AP classes.

For example, my unweighted GPA in high school was a 3.35 but I took 12 AP courses (2 sophomore - Calculus BC that year, 6 junior, 4 senior) and my grades were B+ (absolute lowest and most frequent) to A+ so my weighted GPA was much higher (don’t remember how high it was). My SAT score was 2250.

To people obsessed with stats, my unweighted GPA would simply be 3.35 but like so many cases, it’s simply not enough to determine what schools you can get into. Even with my lower unweighted GPA, I was accepted into UCLA, UCSB, UCSD, UCD, and UCI, but decided to go to IU (Indiana University) to study at SPEA.
