<p>I am looking to transfer into a CSU from a community college. I wanted to know if the reported GPA on the application or final GPA upon finishing the following spring semester has more influence on how colleges choose students. My current GPA is 2.8 and I am taking extra classes this semester and the next semester to meet my 3.0 GPA goal. Would it be likely that the colleges would pass on my application before waiting to see what the end of the year GPA is? I hope I'm being clear enough in my question.</p>
