GPA scale for out of state schools?

So I have a 3.0 GPA, and my school does not weigh. A lot of my schools that I am applying to are out of state, and they a lll weigh according to the North Carolina system (5 pts for honors). I have taken some honors classes as well as more than 2 years of the same language (various websites say that the 2 years after the first two are considered honors in terms of GPA scale. I just want to know is there is anyway to find out what my GPA is interns of the NC scale, so that I am not applying with no idea of my odds. The websites don't tell unweighted GPAs and all the schools say they just reweigh yours according to the NC scale. I feel like I probably have a 3.2-3.4 weighted, and I would like to know.

Thanks

Use that to figure it out. Since that is the HS grading criterion I don’t know if the colleges just use that. Some colleges just eye-ball your rigor in conjunction with your GPA.
