Is it hard to maintain say a 3.6 to a 4.0 at a 4 year university in order to be a competitive transfer, or would going to a community college make for an easy 4.0? I might be committing to UCR or Santa Clara for a year or two and then transferring out to USC if I can. I know that 60 percent of most transfers to USC came from a CC,and the average gpa for all transfers was 3.7. So what would be the best plan if I am aiming for USC, and for the business administration major there? Anybody been through either of these processes successfully?
