<p>Hey guys, Does the overall GPA of the first 3 years of college count or does the overall GPA of all 4 years count for med school? I thought that you send in all your applications,transcripts,etc during the beginning of the 4th year, so wouldn't med schools just look at the average of the first 3 years? Thanks in advance.</p>
<p>Yes, but when you get on waitlists you still have to update med schools with your senior year grades so it is to your advantage to keep your grades up in your senior year.</p>
